Relax. . . It’s time to Let Go



Relaxation is temporary.

It assumes you are trying to overcome an existing state of ‘not relaxed’, or stressed, and that that state is the original baseline, “the way things just are. . . all the time.”


Letting Go is an understanding and acknowledgement that our original, natural state is actually a state of relaxation, lightness, happiness and peace, and when you don’t feel ‘relaxed’, when you feel stressed and unwell, it is a temporary state that will pass. And you let it ‘pass’ by doing. . .


NOTHING!


No Thing,


Not A Single Thing. . .


As one of my mentors use to say, “The only thing you can do is mess it up.”


So Let Go,


Let Go into your original natural state of Wellness.


And remember, when you feel anything less than Well it will pass- like passing clouds blocking the sun, the ‘sunshine’ of Wellness will shine upon you again because. . .

Wellness, like the sun, is never not there.
