You are not lacking Willpower



A Lack of Willpower to do what is healthy for you, what brings you Vitality, Happiness and Peace, is a reflection of a lifestyle imbalance, feedback that how you are living is out of balance and an indication that you are holding on to things that are not good for you.


So what do you do?


You take a moment to relax, to increase Awareness of your Body and Mind by paying attention to what you are actually feeling in the present moment and then practice Letting Go of the things you realize that are not good for you.

In the beginning it can certainly be challenging but that’s only a reflection of your mind chatter, not that making the changes is actually difficult. Also, and very importantly, if you maintain just a minimum of consistency you will notice that making the changes are easier, more simple, shorter and more enjoyable than you think, then your monkey mind will allow you to realize. And on top of that, the process increases in value and results exponentially- like the example of how much money you will have after 1 month when you simply double the value a penny for thirty days (an amazing exercise if you haven’t done it)!


The healthier your lifestyle, what you Value and PRIORITIZE in your life, the easier it is to make positive, healthy changes. It becomes natural.
